Heard the learned Counsel Mr.Takke for the Appellant. 2.

This Appeal is preferred by the Insurance Company challenging the Judgment and Award dated 18th October, 2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Mangaon, District Raigad in MACP No.1188 of 2008 awarding a sum of Rs.26,30,567/- with 7.5% interest per annum by way of compensation. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant and after perusal of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Tribunal, I satisfied that the Appellant has made out a case for following order. 1/2

a) Admit.
