The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount on 17.4.2013 in this Court and therefor, the interim stay granted to the award dated 18.10.2012 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mangaon, Raigad, be continued pending appeal. 2.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant, Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.
