The appellant challenges the order dated 20/3/2015 passed below Exhibit 1 in Civil M.A. No. 56 of 2015 in Petition No.A - 1324 of 2013 by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mumbai, rejecting the said application.

Learned counsel appearing informs that the learned Judge, who was in-charge of the proceedings of Petition No.A-1324 of 2013 has now been posted in some other court.

In this view of the matter, the grievance does not survive.

fca-68-15 Appeal stands disposed of. We direct the Family Court to hear the Petition No.A-1324 of 2013 on its own merits and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

Civil Application No. 133 of 2015 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
