The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the representations seeking renewal and shifting of CL-III license are pending with the respondents since March 2019. The same are not yet decided. The learned AGP appears for respondents.

In case the representations of the petitioner for renewal and shifting of CL-III license (page 13 and 14) are pending, then the respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall forward the report to respondent No.1 preferably within two months from today. The respondent No.1, then shall take decision on the said report within four months thereafter on its own merits in accordance with law and policy.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
