Our attention is invited to the order dated 6th August 2021.

The order/letter dated 6th August 2021 from the Education Offcer (Secondary), Pune Zilla Parishad, Pune to the Management states that the appointment of the Petitioner is already approved as Deputy Head Mistress with effect from 1st 1/3

May 2018. The grievance of the Petitioner however, is that the pay-scale for the post of Deputy Head Mistress is not decided by the Education Offcer till date.

Education Offcer is accordingly directed to decide the pay-scale of the Petitioner to the post of Head Mistress from the date of 1st May 2018 within a period of three weeks from today.

The order that will be passed, shall be communicated to the Petitioner as well as the Management within a period of one week from the date of passing such order. 5.

The Management shall submit the pay bills accordingly, to the Education Offcer for release the payment to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receiving the order from the Education Offcer. 6.

Education Offcer shall release the payment within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the above said terms. 8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

Learned AGP agrees to furnish a copy of the approval order which is annexed to the Affdavit in Reply to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner within a period of one week from today.
