After hearing Mr. Amol Singh, learned counsel for the appellant for some while, under instructions, he seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a writ petition. The learned counsel for the appellant, under instructions, further states that the appellant will withdraw the L.C. Suit (St.) No. 4852 of 2018 pending before the Ad-hoc Judge, City Civil Court, Bombay within a period of eight days from the date of this order. Statement is accepted.

In the light of above statement, respondents are directed to maintain status quo in respect of subject structure for a period of two weeks from today so as to enable the appellant to file the petition and seek interim relief, if any.
