CORAM :
P. N. DESHMUKH J.
DATED :
11th AUGUST 2016.
P.C.
Applicants involved in Crime No.64 of 2016 being relatives of husband of complainant's deceased sister Kriti had filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail, and by order dated 15/04/2016, all the applicants were protected till 02/06/2016, which protection was further extended from time to time till today. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has stated that in the mean time, charge-sheet came to be filed before the Magistrate Court on 25/05/2016, and same is committed to Sessions Court on 03/08/2016. On perusal of charge-sheet, it reveals that co-accused Mahesh, who is husband of deceased was released on bail by the Sessions Court, while applicants being on anticipatory bail, as aforesaid, are found to be released as such on bail finding that they are granted Gaikwad RD 1/2
(5)ABA-669-16 anticipatory bail. Thus, it appears that though applicants were granted interim protection by way of anticipatory bail in this Crime, they are released on bail, considering that their anticipatory bail applications are decided in their favour.
In that view of the matter and now since charge-sheet is filed anticipatory bail granted to applicants on 15/04/2016 stands confirmed.
Application stands disposed of as allowed.
