The learned AGP tenders on record order dated 3rd December 2014 passed by the State Government. The said order is taken on record and marked as "X-1" for identification. On instructions, she states that the State Government will withdraw the said order dated 3rd December 2014. On instructions, she also states that the State Government will withdraw the order dated 31st March 2015 which is impugned in this petition. We accept aforesaid statements made on instructions.

In view of the aforesaid statements, nothing survives in prayer clause (a). As far as prayer clauses (b) and nsk page 1 of 2

16-wp-3977-2015 (c) are concerned, if the order of this court has not been implemented by the State Government, the petitioner can adopt appropriate remedies.

In view of the above discussion, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
