This application is taken out for recalling the order dated 17.1.2019 passed by Registrar (Judicial-II) of this Court. By that order, extension of two weeks was granted for complying the conditional order dated 12.12.2018. As the applicant did not remove all the office objections, C.R.A. stood dismissed for non-prosecution.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that notices were not issued in the main proceedings. The respondent is not represented by any lawyer and no caveat is filed by the respondent. She further states that the applicant has removed all the office objections.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). In case, it is found that the applicant has not removed all office objections, same shall be removed within two weeks from today. Order accordingly. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) Deshmane(PS) 1/1
