V/s Kum. Sofiya Jayesh Nirhali and Anr.

.... Respondents.

Mr. Vivek V. Salunke for the Petitioner.

CORAM: NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.

DATE: FEBRUARY 12, 2020 P.C.:- 1] Submissions are, since relationship arising out of marriage is denied, whether Courts below committed an error in awarding interim maintenance of Rs 1000/- per month to Respondent No.1 and Rs 4000/- per month to Respondent No.2?

2] Since the order awarding maintenance is interim in nature and the main proceedings are still pending, keeping the said issue open to be agitated while deciding the main proceedings, I see no reason to cause interference in the extra ordinary jurisdiction. Petition as such fails and same stands dismissed.
