Perused the Prayer Clauses (a) and (b) which are the only substantive prayers. Against the orders which are impugned by way of Prayer Clauses (a) and (b), there are remedies available under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Moreover, the remedy against the order dated 31st May 2014 is already adopted by the Petitioner. Prayer Clause (c) is a consequential prayer.

In view of the availability of the efficacious remedy under the Statute, we decline to entertain this Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. However, all contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
