Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This First is preferred by plaintiff challenging the judgment and decree dated 1.2.2014 passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division Nashik in S.C.S.No.655 of 2011 holding that the plaintiff is entitled sum of Rs.4,55,000/- with interest @ 9% p.a.

The learned counsel for the respondent defendant submits that the appellant plaintiff valued the suit for specific performance of contract for Rs.10 lacs. He submits that in view of subsequent amendment in the law, matter requires to be transferred to the concerned District Court.

Hence, office is directed to verify the same and take immediate steps to transfer the matter to the Mohite 1/2
