This application is moved for stay to the execution of operation and implementation of the judgment and award dated 21st December, 2007 passed in Application (WCA) No. 594/B-119 of 1998 by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and First Labour Court, Mumbai.

The learned counsel for the New India Assurance Company/Applicant has submitted that the Company has deposited the entire compensation amount along with the interest accrued thereon. He prays for stay. Subject to the Vishal 1 of 3

entire amount of compensation along with the interest accrued thereon deposited, the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 21st December, 2007 is stayed for eight weeks.

The Assurance Company is directed to serve the Respondent No. 4 by publication returnable after eight weeks.

It is to be noted that the Appeal will be disposed of finally at the stage of admission on 2nd December, 2015.

The Civil Application No. 2842 of 2008 stands disposed of.
