Learned counsel for applicant submitted that this Court by order dated 31st March 2022 (Coram : Smt. Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) has imposed condition on applicant to attend the office of ATS Unit at Charkop, Mumbai, on every Monday between 11.00 am to 2.00 p.m. till conclusion of trial. (1) Condition No.(ii) is modified as under :

Applicant shall attend the Office of ATS once in two months, on any day, between 11.00 a.m. to 2 p.m. 5.

Interim Application is allowed in above terms and disposed off.
