Although neither the petitioner nor her Advocate are present today, sufficient cause is made out for the absence of the petitioner and her Advocate on 08/04/2011 when this petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. The Civil Application, in para 2, sets out the circumstances in which neither the petitioner nor her Advocate could remain present in this Court on 08/04/2011. The application for restoration was also made within the prescribed period of limitation. Considering the aforesaid, the order dated 08/04/2011 is recalled and Writ Petition No.9729 of 2010 is restored. URS
