After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the applicant, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that after surrender, if an application for regular bail is filed by the applicant, the same shall be decided by the learned Judge, on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
