By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for modification of Clause No.5(i) of Order dated 02.12.2022.

Learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that, the Applicant is ordinary resident of Sangli District and the present crime is committed within the jurisdiction of Raigad District. It is therefore difficult for him to submit sureties from Raigad District.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Applicant is permitted to submit sureties from Sangli District. Clause 5(i) of Order dated 02.12.2022 is modified to that extent. 4.

Rest of the Order dated 02.12.2022 is maintained as it is. 5.
