By this Civil Application, the Applicant - Defendant is seeking condonation of 8 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 30.9.2016 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court in Summary Suit No.5535/2007 holding that the Applicants are liable to pay Rs.5,68,830/- to the Respondent - Plaintiff with future interest @ 9% p.a.

from the date of suit till realisation.
