We have perused the reasons recorded by the learned Sessions Judge in support of the findings to acquit the accused. On the face of record, the reasons given are consistent with the evidence on record. The view taken by the learned Sessions Judge is the possible view. We do not see any illegality or perversity in the reasons and findings recorded by learned Judge. There are no grounds to entertain the appeal. Hence the appeal is dismissed. (V.L.ACHLIYA, J.)
