1] This writ petition is preferred against the interim order dated 23.7.2014, passed by the Family Court, Kolhapur in M.P. NO.325 of 2013, thereby granting interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.4,000/- per month to the respondent. Order is passed in the year 2014 and since 2016, neither the petitioner nor respondent are appearing in the court.

2] In view thereof, as the writ petition is against interim order passed about more than three years back and no-one is appearing since 2016, it appears to have become infructuous. Otherwise also in the absence of petitioner and his counsel, it stands dismissed for default.
