By the present application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 1 year and 155 days in filing the present appeal. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the AJN

2/2 37 IA-3027.22.odt application.

The impugned order came to be passed on 14/10/2020 and the certified copy of the order was made available to the applicant on 27/10/2021. When the appeal was under the process of being instituted, the Covid pandemic grappled the nation and the entire functioning and working of various institutions came to a standstill. Finally, in the month of October, 2021, when the regular working of the court resumed, the appeal came to be filed along with an application for condonation of delay. 4.

Considering the aforesaid explanation offered in the application and since I deem it to be bona fide, the delay is condoned. Interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
