The learned APP appearing for the respondent/State has tendered across the bar a report of Jail Officer, Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

Learned APP on the basis of written instructions received from the concerned Officer makes a statement that the petitioner is already released on 07.08.2018 by the order of Magistrate. In that view of the matter the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Nothing further survives for consideration in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of.
