Ms. Khuman, learned Counsel appears for the Appellant. The Appeal assails order 27th July 2020 passed by the Mahashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority ("Maha RERA"). By the said order, the Appeal before the Maha RERA was dismissed and order dated 8th February 2019 passed in Complaint No. CC006000000056251 was confirmed.
