1) Learned APP on instructions from PSI Kamble of Meghwadi Police Station submitted that, in the present case after completion of JYOTI RAJESH MANE investigation the Police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, (Railway) Mumbai, Andheri on 12th April 2018 by JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2024.03.05 14:35:22 +0530 and the same has been numbered as PW/1063/2018. He further submitted that, the trial of the said case has already began and after framing of charge the trial Court has issued witness summons. 2) In view of the above, Petition for quashing of C.R.No.70/2017, registered with Meghwadi Police Station, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed off, by reserving remedy of 1/2
