Mr. Atul Damle i/by Sudam Kale for Respondent No.4. CORAM : S.C. DHARMADHIKARI AND SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, JJ.
DATE : 18TH FEBRUARY 2015 PC:
This petition also stands disposed of in terms of our order passed today in Writ Petition No.4154 of 2012. However, there is one additional prayer and the petitioner requests that Bar Council Disciplinary Committee should hold its meeting/sitting at Mumbai simply because the Advocate and Complainant are residing in Mumbai and the record and evidence is also available in Mumbai. 2) We think that this request is reasonable. Let the Bar Council of Maharashtra assign the matter to a Disciplinary Committing comprising of its members practicing in Mumbai or who can
ASN 2/2 conveniently travel to Mumbai. We expect the parties to the Disciplinary proceedings to co-operate with the Bar Council and the Disciplinary Committee members. Let all parties not make allegations during the course of hearing and allow the Disciplinary Committee to conduct the proceedings in a smooth and orderly manner. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
