1] These are applications for temporary bail on the ground of death of father of the applicant in APPP/502/2019 and grand-father of the applicant in APPP/506/2019.

osk 911-appp-502-2019 & 506-2019.odt 2] The record indicates that Mr.Mahadu Gopal Bandal, the father of the applicant Murlidhar and grand-father of the applicant Suraj has expired on 28th March 2019. The obsequies ceremony will be performed between 6th April 2019 to 10th April 2019. 3] In view thereof, the applicants are granted temporary bail for performing the obsequies ceremony for the afore-stated reason. Hence, the following order :- i) The applicants be released on temporary bail on or before 11:00 am of 6th April 2019 on their furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- each, with cash bail of Rs.15,000/- each, the applicants are directed to submit their 'Personal Bond' before the Superintendent, Aadharwadi Central Prison, Kalyan.
ii) The applicants shall surrender before the Jail Authority of Aadharwadi Central Prison, Kalyan, on or before 5:00 pm of 10th April 2019.
iii) If the applicants surrendered within the stipulated period mentioned above, the Superintendent, Aadharwadi Central Prison, Kalyan, is directed to refund the cash bail amount deposited by the applicants within a period of one week thereof without any demur.
