The Petitioner appearing in person was present in the Court today, when the Application No.369 of 2015 at serial No.13 on the Daily Board filed by the Applicant was called out. However, the Petitioner is not present when this Petition is called out. In the Petition, the Petitioner has given his occupation as business and advocate. In fact, the Petitioner himself has annexed a copy of the order dated 6 February 2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Khadki, Pune, which records a finding that the Petitioner has not shown any authority under which he is practising as an Advocate.

For the reasons we have recorded today for dismissing the Criminal Application No.369 of 2015, we decline to entertain this Writ Petition at the instance of the Petitioner, who is consistently claiming to be an advocate, though at any stage he has not produced any evidence to show that he is enrolled as an Advocate in accordance with Advocates Act, 1961. The Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
