By filing this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent No.5 - Education Officer to consider and take appropriate decision on the proposal sent by the Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 for restoring the Petitioner's approval in terms of order dated 15th July 2016 passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Kolhapur. 2.

Having regard to the fact that the Petitioner's proposal dated 28th July 2016 which is submitted by the Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 on 29th July 2016 (Exhibit - 'G' colly) has not been decided by the Respondent Yadav VG 1/2
