Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that Civil Revision Application is pending for admission. He submits that by this Civil Application applicant is seeking to carry out amendment in Civil Revision Application as per Schedule A on page 7 of the Civil Application.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, avernments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order :

(16) cac-206-17.doc a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (b) which reads thus :
"b) That the Applicant may please be allowed to carry out amendment in Original Petition in Annexure A."
b) Amendment to be carried out on or before 08.02.2019, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
