By filing this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent No.5 - Education Officer to consider and take appropriate decision on the proposal sent by the Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 for restoring the Petitioner's approval in terms of order dated 9th January 2015 passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Kolhapur. 2.

Having regard to the fact that the Petitioner's proposal dated 18th February 2015, which is submitted by the Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 on 10th March 2015 (Exhibit - 'I') has not been decided by the Respondent Yadav VG 1/2
