ORDER:

Inasmuch as the Petitioners have filed Securitisation Application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Pune, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition.

We are informed that the matter before the DRT, Pune is scheduled tomorrow i.e. on 10 April 2018 and the notice issued for taking possession of the secured asset is also scheduled for tomorrow i.e. on 10 April 2018. In the circumstances, we record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank that the Respondent Bank shall not take possession of the secured asset at-least till 4 p.m. on 10 April 2018. The Writ Petition to stand disposed of.
