---------- CORAM :
ABHAY S. OKA AND RIYAZ I. CHAGLA, JJ.
DATE : 9 April 2018 ORDER :
1.
Not on board. Taken on board.
2.
The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant 1 / 3
pointed out the order dated 7 October 2015. It is true that effect will have to be given to the said order by the Trial Court by disposing of the pending Application at the earliest. 3.
We have perused the Roznama of the proceedings of the Application. The Roznama shows that the Application is being regularly placed on board. On some dates, the Advocates appearing for the parties remained absent. For example, on 18 January 2017 and 9 February 2017 the Advocates representing the parties were absent. Now, the Trial Court has kept the Application on 25 April 2018. We are sure that the Trial Court is conscious of its own order as well as the order dated 2 September 2015 passed by this Court. Therefore, the Trial Court is bound to give necessary priority to the hearing of the Application. Hence, there is no necessity to give any specific direction.
4.
Subject to what is observed above, the Application is disposed of.
