She placed on record the said letter. She accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

In view of the disposal of main writ petition, civil application, if any, taken out in this writ petition does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of.
