However, for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, order dated 26/03/2015 dismissing the Civil Revision Application for default is recalled. Insofar as restoration of status quo ante is concerned, the same cannot be granted at this stage. However, the applicant is granted liberty to apply for status quo ante. Such application shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. This Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. URS
