After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to submit a fresh representation with supporting documents before the Railway Authorities i.e. respondent nos. 2 and 3. 4.
Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 submits that in case such representation is submitted, it will be considered and appropriate decision will be taken on it in accordance with law after taking into consideration the earlier correspondence made to

Having regard to the aforesaid, we allow the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty to submit representation as aforesaid before respondent nos. 2 and 3.

In case, such representation is submitted, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision on it shall be taken by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from the date of receipt of such representation. 7.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
