This Application is moved for condonation of delay of 44 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has serious financial problems due to drought prone situation and, therefore, he could not proceed to file Civil Revision Application. Hence, he prays that the delay be condoned .

The learned Counsel for the respondents opposes this Application.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the delay of 44 days is hereby condoned.

Civil Application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of. Civil Revision Application be registered and placed on board on 25th June, 2018.

The applicant shall take proper steps on or before 25th June, 2018.
