Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The Industrial Court, Pune shall dispose off Complaint (ULP) No.37 of 2017 within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order, without being influenced by the interim order passed by the Court on 10-03-2017 which is impugned herein by way of this Writ Petition.

(ii)The Advocates and the parties shall not seek any adjournments unless absolutely necessary. The Industrial Court, Pune shall also not adjourn the matter unless absolutely necessary.

(iii)The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Industrial Court, Pune on 23 rd October, 2017 at 11.00 a.m., and after producing a copy of this SSP 1/2
