The learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press the challenge to the order dated 03.03.2015, particularly because the said order has been continuing upto now. He further submits that the direction be issued to respondent No.3 to dispose of Revision Application No. 67 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. He makes it clear that his not pressing for relief against the order dated 03.03.2015 is without prejudice to his contention that such order ought not to have been made in facts and circumstances of the present case.

In view of the aforesaid it would be appropriate that respondent No.3 is directed to dispose of Revision Application No. 67 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 3 months from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order. The parties to appear before respondent No.3 on 21.12.2015 and produce authenticated copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction this petition is disposed of. All

(2) (10) WP 4228/15 concerned shall act on authenticated copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the matter and, therefore, all contentions of all parties are kept open for decision by respondent No.3 in the said Revision Application.
