1] Not on board. Upon mentioning taken up on board. 2] Heard parties through their Counsel. The prayer made by the through this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is that their salaries payable from July 2011 be directed to be paid to them with interest at 18% p.a.

3] The respondents have filed reply and have stated that the proposal received from the Institute Management - respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in regard to the claim made by the petitioners is pending consideration

YBG prod-21-wp5881-16 before respondent No.3 and the same shall be considered and appropriate decision be taken on it by the respondent No.2/ competent authority as expeditiously as possible.

4] Keeping in view the aforesaid reply, we dispose of the petition with a direction to respondent No.2/ competent authority to consider and decide petitioner's proposal within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The consequential benefits flowing from such decision shall also be extended in favour of the petitioner within one month thereafter. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
