Learned counsel for the applicant states that notice of the respondent no.1 is pasted on the door of the respondent no.1. Affidavit of service is already filed. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 appears in the matter.

By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 19 days in filing the first appeal. No affidavit-in-reply is filed by the respondents.

Delay in filing the first appeal is explained in paragraphs 7 & 8 of civil application. Reasons recorded in the civil application are accepted. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.

If there are any other office objections, the same shall be removed within two weeks from today. If the office objections are removed within the time prescribed, place the first appeal on board for 'Admission' on 20th January 2020.
