Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the Respondent. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that as execution proceeding is already filed, the Applicant is ready to deposit entire amount of compensation in the Tribunal within two weeks from today.

In case of the failure on the part of the Applicant to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, the Stay shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this court. Civil application No. 2071 of 2018 stands disposed of in the above terms.

As regards, Civil application No. 2070 of 2018 for condonation of delay, the learned counsel Mr. Ashif Husain, appearing on behalf of the Respondent, seeks time to file Say to this application. Stand over to 18th July, 2018.
