1) Learned APP on instructions from PSI S.L.Chakune attached to JYOTI RAJESH MANE Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, in the present case after by JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2024.03.11 11:05:13 +0530 filing of final report the trial Court has taken cognizance of it and issued process against the Petitioners on 12th April 2018. That, as the Petitioners are not attending the said case, the trial Court has issued non-bailable warrant against the Petitioners on 23rd November 2023. 2) In view thereof present Petitions for quashing of CR No.114/2017 registered with Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
