The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 13/04/2017 his client has deposited Rs.6,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court within stipulated period. After perusing the First Information Report and the record of investigation, according to me, in view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of crime is not necessary. The interim relief granted by order dated 13/04/2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Nesarikar

2 / 2 20-ABA-653-17.odt Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. and to join process of investigation till the submission of final report/charge-sheet.

It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the police station, the investigating officer shall issue a notice u/s 160 of Cr.P.C. specifying the date and the aforesaid time therein.
