After this matter was argued for certain length of time, learned counsel appearing for the parties, on instructions, submit that as both the parties seek that the Petitioner be submitted to cross examination by the Respondent, the impugned orders dated 5th February 2024, 16th March 2024 and 19th March 2024 be quashed and set aside. 3.

In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, the orders dated 5th February 2024, 16th March 2024 and 19th March 2024 are hereby quashed and set aside.

This Court is informed that the matter is listed before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Bandra on 29th April 2024. The Petitioner to make herself available for cross examination on 29th April 2024.
