The applicant-appellant has stated that he has undergone substantial part of sentence and he would suffer entire sentence. He do not want to pursue the appeal. Learned APP submit report dated 28th MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.04.29 16:15:30 +0530 February 2022 submitted by Superintendent of Jail, Grade-1, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune enclosing statement of appellant-applicant stating that that he is willing to suffer entire sentence of imprisonment and his appeal may be allowed to be withdrawn. The report with statement of appellant is taken on record.

Accordingly Criminal Appeal No.423 of 2019 is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. Interim Application No.1257 of 2022 is disposed of.
