The applicants have moved this Application for pre-arrest bail under section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The applicants/accused are facing charges under sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 326, 337, 353, 504, 506, 427, 188 of the Indian Penal Code, under section 3 and 4 of Damage to Public Property Act and under section 4/25, 30 of Arms Act. The crime is registered at C.R. No. 39 of 2015 by Dahiwadi Police Station. 2.
The learned APP pointed out that Anticipatory Bail Application filed before the District Judge-I & Additional Sessions Judge, Vaduj was not pressed and therefore it was dismissed on 13th April, 2015. 3.

6.ABA543_2015.doc to go before the learned Sessions Judge for seeking relief of the pre-arrest bail. Hence, till 16th June, 2015, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicants/accused on the following terms and conditions:
O R D E R
i) In the event of arrest, the applicants/accused shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount; (ii) The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence; (iii) The applicants shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and attend the concerned police station on Friday between 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
