Heard Mr.K.S.Patil, learned counsel for the applicant. In the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would not press the present application if the Appeal can be expeditiously heard.

This seems reasonable.

However, hearing of the Appeal is ordered to be expedited.
