Learned counsel with their respective clients i.e. the petitioners and respondent No.1 submitted the consent terms tendered before this Court and submit that paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 be accepted as an undertaking and the petitions be disposed of in accordance with the terms if consent. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' and 'Y' respectively for identification in both the petitions. The petitions as such stand disposed of in view of the consent terms. Paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 as prayed is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
