By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 7th January, 2022 passed by this Court (Coram : S.S.Shinde and N. R.Borkar, JJ.).

By the said order dated 7th January, 2022, this Court allowed the application of the applicant and granted no objection for renewal of passport of the applicant, on compliance of usual formalities for a period of three years. It was also made clear that the applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of this Court.

We are not inclined to interfere/ modify the said order, which Trupti 2/3
is passed on 7th January, 2022.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.

Needless to state that, it is always open for the applicant to file a fresh application prior to the expiry of the new passport. 6.
