Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

We decline to tag this petition on the ground that another Criminal PIL is connected to this matter. Ultimately the relief to be granted is different in both the petitions. Therefore, we decline the said prayer.

So far as the stand of the State, according to the learned Government Advocate, the 1st respondent has refused to take the land in question offered by the State. In that view of the matter, nothing remains for consideration in the public interest litigation, since the very grievance of the petitioner is that the public land ABS

PIL 121-2016 meant for grazing of cattle is being diverted for the benefit of a particular individual, which cannot be done. If the petitioner has better information that still the land is offered and taken by the 1st respondent, they are at liberty to approach this Court once again. For the present, the petition is disposed of placing the above material on record.
